FUTURE STUDENT DRIVERS

Georgia’s Teenage and Adult Driver Responsibility Act, TADRA, is a graduated driver’s license program for young drivers ages 15 to 18.  This law requires a signed Certificate of School Enrollment to be completed and notarized by the teenager’s school.

This Certificate of Enrollment is only valid for 30 days.  When you decide when you are going to DDS to take the test, download and print THIS FORM, complete Part A: Student Information, and give to Ms. Becky in the 200 bldg. We need at least 5 days notice for processing.

We will provide one (1) letter per student.  Each subsequent request is $10.
