
Georgia’s Teenage and Adult Driver Responsibility Act (TADRA). TADRA is a graduated driver’s license program for teens ages 15 to 18. As part of this law, students must submit a Certificate of School Enrollment, which must be completed and notarized by the school.
What You Need to Know:
- The Certificate of Enrollment is only valid for 30 days.
- Plan your trip to the Department of Driver Services (DDS) before requesting the form.
Steps to Request Your Certificate:
- Decide when you plan to go to the DDS.
- Download and print the Certificate of School Enrollment.
- Complete Part A: Student Information on the form.
- Bring the form to Ms. Beth in the 200 building.
- Submit your request at least 5 school days in advance to allow time for processing and notarizing.
Important:
- Each student is allowed one free notarized certificate.
- Additional requests will incur a $10 fee per certificate.
